  • Is there a free version of my.appygas?
    Unfortunately, the only way you can currently use our platform for free is during your one-time free trial. This trial period lasts two weeks and allows you to get a taste of our full offering: explore the features, learn how appies work, and compare and contract Classic and Exclusive access. After the free trial ends, you will have to sign up for a paid contract in order to continue using my.appygas.
  • What is the difference between Classic access and Exclusive access?
    Classic access provides standard usage on our modules and features. This option is offered at a flat rate for the duration of your usage contract with my.appygas. If you decide you would like to get even more out of your my.appygas experience, you may switch your service to Exclusive for periods of 7 or 30 days. Doing so allows you to access extended functionality on the same great features. If you start a free trial and really love Exclusive access, you might consider signing up for a package that allows you to get year-long access to Exclusive features.   • Is it possible to get permanent Exclusive access?
    Glad you asked! We can accomodate all the needs of your team, especially those who would like to have enhanced access to all of our platform’s great features. We offer a few different options to make sure everyone on your team gets to use my.appygas with the frequency that makes sense for them.   • What are appies?
    appies are our form of virtual currency that makes using my.appygas as simple as possible. The appies let you switch from Classic access to Exclusive access whenever you need to, all while staying within your company’s budget. At the beginning of your contract, your company account is assigned a certain amount of appies according to your budget. The appies are stored in your company’s Wallet, which is visible from your Profile page on my.appygas. When you want to switch to Exclusive access, click the “Switch to Exclusive” button at the top of the page and select the duration of your switch from the pop-up menu. Each Exclusive duration corresponds to a different amount of appies. You can track your upgrade history in the Profile page, and your company is invoiced later based on usage. You will also get special deals and discounts as you continue to switch to Exclusive access.
  • Which market areas does my.appygas cover?
    Our service covers 12 European market areas. In Western Europe, we cover PEG, PVB (Spain), UK, BeLux H and L, NCG H and L, Gaspool H and L, TTF, PSV, and AVTP. In Eastern Europe, we cover Czech and Slovakia. We are currently in the process of adding even more Eastern European market areas, so stay tuned as we continue increasing the available markets.
  • Do you have an API my team can plug into our own data infrastructure?
    In addition to accessing gas market data via the platform and the download tool, we also offer an API. We are in the process of including this as part of our Exclusive accessibility for my.appygas, so please stay tuned.   • What is my.appygas?
    my.appygas is a data platform that collects and aggregates gas market data. The smart visualisations we use to deliver and represent our data makes for a more efficient data collection and assessment process, and makes it easy to assess trends and improve your productivity. We are the trusted partner of top businesses in the gas market, and while our platform is useful for anyone in the gas industry, it is especially helpful for portfolio managers, business analysts, traders, dispatchers, managers, and gas infrastructure employees.
  • Is there a free trial?
    We are so glad to hear you would like to try out my.appygas. In order to start your free trial, simply sign up here. Your free trial lasts 14 days and starts as soon as your registration is completed. On occasion, this trial may be extended based on a promotion or special event. Once you begin your free trial, our sales team will get in touch with you to set up a demo to highlight the features and functionalities most pertinent to your needs. We will also cover the different access options and plans in case you decide to make my.appygas a permanent part of your toolkit. You may start your free trial by signing up here.
  • How do I sign up?
    Simply go to my.appygas.com/auth/signup/ and create an account with us. You will get an email with a link to verify your email address. The link lasts 24 hours, so please click it within the timeframe to complete your registration. Once your register, your 14-day free trial begins immediately. If you registered but haven’t heard from us, check your Spam folder or contact us at support@appygas.com.
  • Do you offer promotional codes?
    From time to time, we offer promotions that either extend your free trial or give you more appies. Codes may also be issued to your team following an introductory demo. You may redeem promotional codes by going to the Profile page on the my.appygas platform.
  • What is appygas reloaded?

After 3 years of working closely with our pioneer community, we have developed a business offering that is more in sync than ever with your needs. For my.appygas, that means enhanced functionality of the core modules for even more transparency on the market areas.   • Has my access to my.appygas changed?
    That's correct! We updated our model offering for my.appygas starting on October 16, 2020. In order to learn more, view the relevant page on our website, check out the new pricing options, start a free two-week trial, or get in touch with our Sales team.
  • How is the new access model more cost-efficient?
    Now that we have multiple pricing options, my.appygas is more affordable regardless of how little or much you use the platform. To use the platform, you would sign a one-year contract that includes one of three services: Full-Flex, Hybrid, or All-Exclusive. You may find out more about those here. Your contract gives you basic functionality of all of our core modules: Flows Map, Route Calculator, and Availability Module. In addition, you have the chance to see an overview of all important details via our Dashboard. The standard functionality of the platform is called Classic. Whenever you need more information or want to get increased access to even more data, you can unlock Exclusive access. Exclusive offers advanced functionality on all of our features, and gives you the opportunity to customise the platform to your portfolio or display preferences. This option is available for as long or as short as you need it, with 7-day, 30-day, and yearlong access that puts you in the driver’s seat when it comes to managing your budget. This plan makes our platform work for you, with a flexibility that aligns with how you would like to or need to use the platform.
  • May I still access the my.appygas platform for free?
    We offer a free, 14-day trial for you to explore our platform and the different access options (Classic and Exclusive). Once that trial ends, you will only be able to continue using our platform if your company signs up for a paid subscription and authorizes you to have access to the platform. We no longer offer free permanent access to our model.
  • I used to have a Premium plan with appygas. What happens to my access now that there is a new model?
    We are happy to welcome our Premium users to the new model. Since our Terms of Service have changed as of October 16, 2020, you will need to update your plan information in order to continue using our platform. Our Sales team is eager to hear from you.
